I had my first consultation with dr wiener today....

I had my first consultation with dr wiener today. He was very quick to go through everything although at the end he had covered basically any question I had had. I am currently a 36b (I think) hoping for a full c or small d. Any one that has had a BA with him please feel free to tell me your experience!

Hope all goes excellent for you! I'm planning to have my breast augmentation next year during spring break. Making an appointment for my first consultation tomorrow. This site has sooooo much info to start preparing you. Hope all goes great & I look forward to following your journey.

I had my boobs done from doctor Weiner. He was straight to the point and basically said you either want them or you don't. He was very affordable so I went through with it. After I had my boobs done he told me not to wear a bra or surgical bra at all for a month so the breast implants would fall in place and look natural. Well they did fall into place within a week, but now I need a boob lift. He didn't go through the options with me saline vs silicone pros and cons. He also didn't explain the option that I could have a lift and breast augmentation which sucks because now I need two separate surgeries. He also didn't have scar gel in his office for sale or even bring the topic up.

Wow I plan on scheduling with dr weiner soon, I have never heard of not wearing any bra? And on concerned about scarring too.. Were you happy with your size and his work in general? I was hoping he was the surgeon for me?? Thanks

Most doctors have their patients wear a surgical bra kind of like a sports bra to keep the implants in place so that they do no fall. The scar wasn't horrible but I could only imagine how great it would have been with the help of scar gel. I have to get my boobs redone and so yes I wish I would have shopped around. I was pleased with the size, his wife helped me choose.

haven't had ba with this doctor, but confirm you that ba is the best thing you can do I am ever so confident, loving my boobs ! Go as big as possiblee, if not you regret

Was not seen y your surgeon of choice. But havi a BA is an amazing life changing emotion, I'm under two weeks post op, and I continue to see changes daily. My pain tolerance I discovered is quite high, very minimal pain. Wish I would have taken the plunge in my early 20's when I first thought about this procedure :) best of luck, keep us all posted on your journey.

Hey all! New dr, surgery scheduled!!
I haven't posted in a while but since then I've had a new consultation with dr. Feldman in sugar land. I cannot even begin to tell yall how excited and nervous I am! I already know my surgery is going to be great. I love how through dr Feldman is and I knew right off the bat he was the dr for me. As soon as my consultation was over I scheduled!! Counting down the days :)

Well After my lest consultation I didn't feel 100% comfortable with Him is the easiest way to put it I suppose. He didn't take any measurements or anything. I definitely got that "you want them if you don't" Vibe from him very rushed. After posting about my consultation someone on here had commented with a bad experience with him. I know it's not fair to judge off of one bad one but I took that as my sign to keep looking and not just picking the first one I went to. I then found dr Feldman and had a lot more options as far as the type of implants and size and not just the one texture and profile that dr wiener used. Also that dr Feldman took lots of measurements and different angled photos. He took the time to help me pick the implant that looked the absolute best. I don't regret my decision at all about changing doctors! So I guess my only advice is that if dr Weiner was your first and only consultation and you absolutely love him then go for it. If not I would do your research because of course this is something way too expensive to just settle for anyone that you're not 100% happy with !

Awesome! When is your surgery date? I'm going to Dr.Feldman October 1st for my 1st consultation. I chose him because he only does breast implants/augmentation and also because a lot of his before and after photos look great. His results look very natural which is what I want. I'm hoping to schedule my surgery the day of my consultation. My husband and I are ready to have this procedure done :) we've waited a long time!

Suggestions on scar creams or massaging lotions and oills???
Im less than 3 weeks away from surgery!! Getting very nervous but I know I'll be fine. Does anyone suggest anything particular I shoukd get before hand? Such as scar creams or oils and lotions to message with? I have darker completed skin so I wojkd like to use something that will prevent me from getting stretch marks as much as possible

Coconut oil is nice to use (I don't know about using it after surgery, but before hand!) also bio oil is nice.

I asked my suregon about stretch marks and how to prevent them she said with breast augmentation s it is not very common and only 1 of her patients have gotten them . Depending on how large you go and how small you are to start with will help figure this out . She said there's nothing to do to prevent them but I'm still gonna use something anyways just in case I heard Shea Butter is very good for your skin I haven't had my surgery yet but I'll be purchasing RAW Shea Butter because it has so many beneficial things in it :)

All the natural oils are a huge plus. I'm using coconut oil, Shea butter and olive oil. May mix them together in a jar. The healing/ moisturizing properties are great

ScarAway silicone strips and Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion for stretch marks.
This weekend?!?! Omg. I kinda wish I could do it this year, but I'm not taking time off from university. Plus, this just gives me more time for research and to ensure I'm certain and ready for this BIG change lol.
