This is not my first procedure with doctor Vitenas, but it was my first breast augmentation. He is beyond professional and knows his patients limits when it comes to natural and healthy implants, he won't let you go overboard and knows exactly what size you should go for a natural healthier outcome.

I am planning on having a BA with him in the near future, can I ask what your experience has been post op? recovery time? Also what size implants did you get and what's your ht/wt? Would love to get your feedback!

Hi!! He's amazing for one please tell him lauren gordon told you this. Extremely professional and any questions I've had since surgery they're there to answer and will squeeze you in if you MUST be seen. Today is day 5 and I was driving the day after surgery, my left breast is a little numb still but they're already feeling soft and super perky! I was originally a B, I do body building so I'm very muscular unlike most women so I did above the muscle not under! And I did 371 cc which made me a D now :)

Thank you so much for your response, you have no idea how much it helps talking to someone who has experience with Dr. Vitenas! You look great too with your new additions, wish I had your abs!! I am really nervous and apprehensive but it's something I've been contemplating for years, and I'm about to turn 30! I am 5'1, 118lb, and am pretty active (not as active as you though!). I can't fill out my 34B bras, so am more like an A/B. I'm trying to go to a natural C cup, and am really afraid of going huge because of my profession. Dr. Vitenas suggested 265cc or 285cc moderate plus profile for me to achieve a natural look, but when I tried on the 285cc's I felt really huge. I'm reading from other women on this site that you lose some cc's after the implants drop. Is this true? Do you find that you are visually close to what you wanted from when you were fitted for the 371cc's? I'm having a hard time trying to choose an implant size!

Also, how is the healing from your incisions?? I scar pretty easily, so I'm worried about this too :/

My bandages are on still! They come off Tuesday and nooo... The implants stay the same size granted gravity I'm
Sure will take its toll in a few years so they may not be as perky but they are still a true 371 cc's :) do 285... You will be glad you did!! :)

Feeling great for the most part. Driving and walking daily but no working out of course is killing me. Bandages are off and the incision looks great! Can't wait for the scar to fade. Only downside is a sharp pain on my left side by ribs up to my armpit and a little on the left side of my breast. Calling doctor tomorrow to see if this is normal or not but the pain has gotten worse through out the first week but just in that one area.

I'm a Vitenas girl too!!! I had 421cc silicone unders put in about 12 weeks ago and I love them!! Trust me, the no bra for 6 weeks pays off in the end. Mine look and feel completely natural. Beautiful results by the way and I hope your discomfort fades quickly!! I'm so happy for you!!

Ah!! I'm thinking of going back over the thanksgiving holidays to go up to the 400 cc implant size!!! I love them but just want a tad bit bigger!!

I did over the muscle! I had too much muscle to go under the muscle I did 371 cc in both :)
