over dissected right pocket

over disected my pockets its almost 1 yr & 9 months and it doesnt look pretty i cant wear open dresses because my right breast is like lower then the left.
the left has cleavage the right doesnt. Not pretty at all. Im going to go to another Doctor to get a revision done.

Hey I was wondering If your implants are saline or silicone ? And how much did it cost you to get this procedure done with all fees and blood work inclueded? I' want to get mines done thru my bellybutton but the surgeon I choose in my Miami well they are saying that to get Silicone breast implants thru the bellybutton or the armpit has never been done before. And the price is $3,000 with everything inclueded except for the recovery house which is $700.00 but I'm not complaining about the price. Just that I scar easily and don't want any more scars on my breast.
Heyy, Well that i know of silicone can't be put through the belly I think only through nipple incision or under boob incision.. I paid 40 or 50 from blood work here where I live which is houston tx. And for my surgery 3,000 with facility fees and all..
And mines are Saline under the muscle
