I have my consultation with Dr. Cortes early January he knew exactly what I wanted. In Texas he told me there's actually no limit on the amount of fat or liposuction that you can remove in one setting. Certainly Dr. Cortes told me that he will takes as much fat but at the same time making it safe. He also keeps his BBL overnight for observation and this make me very comfortable.

The reason he keeps his patients overnight he says is because there's so much liposuction and fluid shift that he preferred making sure patient is able to move well after surgery and to control the pain, some patient also might have drop is blood pressure from the surgery. I like the fact that Dr. Cortes not only place attention to giving you projection but also transforming your buttock shape and at the same time giving you an hourglass figure. Anybody can give you projection like Dr. Salama but sculpting your body is not an easy task that anybody can accomplish. He doesn't charge more per area. He believes that to get the best result you need to get the necessary amount of fat. Through my consultation with Dr. Cortes I learned and he explained many things. For example to get the best results he takes into consideration the skin tone, your body frame,your buttock shape among others. In addition, not everybody can have 1000 mL injected into the buttocks.

My surgery was not painful but I felt a lot of soreness. Everything swelled up even my vagina LOL.
