Stay Away From Cortes

So I am 7 months post op and I am just furious with the botched work. Summer time is here and I can't even get into a bikini. This entire process with Cortes has been horrible. He doesn't care how he makes you look as long as you have projection in your butt size. I have several indentions, and lumpy areas where he liposuction. I hope people take my advice and run away from him. I am waiting on revision from Dr. Salama. I have to wait a year post op. I am scheduled for January 20th with him. I should have just gone to him from the start. Dr. Cortes will make you feel like your results are great until you start to really see after swelling goes down and everything has settled. Nothing but a revision will fix this. On top of this he left horrible scars on every incision area. His staff removed my stitches way too soon leaving the cuts open and they didn't heal properly at all. They look horrible. He did lipo on my legs which is something I didn't authorize at all. I woke up and was like what in the world.

Omg girl!! I know trust me :( there's too many woman out here not happy than happy! And he doesn't give two sh*ts! Pisses me off but at the end now Dr.Salama will get allllll the credit and some. Because he will make us look Amazon AND fix what horrible job Cortes did! I guess what bothers me the most is that you would think Cortes would want to try and help us in some way but he doesn't he just pushes us saying its our fault and then wants more money to fix his mess up! Kiss my ass!!! Lol jk but literally We got each other :)
Exactly! I mean I knew from the moment swelling started to go down that I was going to need a revision. I knew I didn't want him to touch me at all!!! He screwed me up why the heck would I want him to touch my body again. He is a horrible Doctor and doesn't listen very well. He will spend maybe a few minutes and in the end say you have a big butt. Really I was going for proportion nice shape and not deformities. Ugh I'm disgusted with him!!!!
I sometimes wonder if some of the good reviews are just people or different accounts he and his staff create to boost his rating. Because truth be told there is nothing to verify that they actually had surgery. Some don't even post pictures and will stop responding.

Yes!! I am very confident Salama will amaze me. I used to have a flat stomach because mind you I have had a damn tummy tuck so no reason for my stomach to look that horrible
Now I'm getting scared I have my date of surgery w dr Cortes June 24, having to rethink this

NOT HAPPY

So initially i was just so over joyed with the surgery and finally getting it. I had been looking into it for years before finally doing it. Well after the swelling went down and I am over the hump, i am not pleased at all. Ladies please please believe me when i say you do not want to waste your time or money going to this doctor who is just over rated. He isnt worth it at all. I am embarrassed to even post recent pics because of the several dents. Not to mention the bad scars left on me from not only surgery but also that stupid faja they forced me in. I am now in the waiting process so i can go to the doctor i want to for a revision. Salama is going to fix Cortes' sloppy work. Is the surgery worth it yes, but only when you go to the right doctor.

I don't have them anymore. Dr. Salama fixed me up!
So happy for your successful revision! What a huge victory over butchery and botchery. You look amazing!!! I still have protrusion where the drain line went and of course all the dents that went along with that. I had a doctor graft some fat back into my lower back where CORTES literally sucked every ounce out of it and it was sticking to my muscle. I am far from being fixed and know that as soon I'm convinced that a PS can actually fix all this mess I might begin the process. I don't know if the curve of my back and my butt will ever flow or meet again. I have been severely depressed over this body tragedy and your post are giving me hope!

I did reach out to Dr. Salama last year and sent photos and no one ever replied. I saw it as a sign or figured his assistant, can't remember her name showed him the pics. and he was like, CAN'T FIX THAT! Maybe I'll try again. Thank you for the update! You are beautiful! <3
Same thing happens with me I got a tummy tuck he left a lot of fat on my belly and horrible burns on my sides that til this day I still have them!!! I soooo regret having him do my tummy tuck!!!
Omg I'm sorry to her that! Yes he is horrible! I will always recommend Dr. David Davila for Tummy tucks. He did mine years ago and it is perfect!

Going for Round 2

So I am not satisfied with my results after swelling went down. I have several indentions and it just looks horrible. I am going to go with Dr. Salama in Miami. I'm excited!!

He's definitely a good butt Dr. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I messed up by going to Cortes for my tummy tuck. I had my BBL done a lil over 3 years ago with Salama and it's perfect still. Good luck on your journey. I will definitely be following.
