Short update
Hey dolls!! Everything is all good over here I've been terribly busy kids work an hubby preparing to retire. I'm still in love with my body still getting used to the compliments I get an all the head turns lol. I am clean eating right now to drop about 12 pounds it was either that or get a Lil more lipo but I figured eating clean was less painful an cheaper. I hope you are all doing very well an enjoying your bodies

So I love working out an my husband is a fitness guru which helps so he loves taking me to the gym. Especially now that this body gets all this attention. Here's the thing though I want to work my back out I'd like it just a tiny bit smaller and I want more muscle in my legs but I don't want to lose any Ass or hips. So I was told ease off the cardio only do weights well I love cardio an ended up doing some HITT training for about two miles where you sprint hella hard for about 1 min then walk 30 sec in intervals like that. I'm. It sure if I should diet some because I'm scared I don't want to lose much weight just define those areas or should I just go get this Lil bit of fat sucked out my back already lol. I also have been focused on my breast I had a breast redecution like 10+ years ago an then had a child of course. Well there is no volume at the top so they have size like I still wear a 38D but I have to have push-up bras to have the volume at the top an honestly I hate bras they don't sag really so I can get away most days just wearing a little cami. So issue I don't want large boobies but I know I'm prob going to need some sort of implant to get the volume at the top. I'm in between Salama an Sato to get my boobies done by January sighs or should I just leave this damn body alone??

Well I started going back to the gym Sat I took a body pump class lots of squats and lunges with free weights. OMG it felt like I was starting all over again like I had never squated before. My entire body hurts In a good way though. For the first time in a long time my workout pants were not sliding down an I didn't have to keep pulling them up over my tummy. I do realize now everything looks bigger in white my ass looked huge in my workout pants lol. Lots of attention even from women. I'll be doing another free weight class today. I'm trying to stay away from cardio because I lose weight really fast when I run an I want to keep my curves an hips I've never wanted a runners body or to be thin. Hope all you dolls are well
