I came to Dr Norris several years ago for breast reconstruction due to cancer and he made my breast perfect so I came back for some facial reconstruction as I was getting older I am very very very please with him he has the kindest mannerisms of any doctor I’ve ever met and he knows exactly what to do not only to improve how you feel and how you look but that he boost my confidence skyhigh thank you Dr Norris and Staff you are also very amazing
