I am a size 8, waist 30 and breast 34 DDD. I received a tummy tuck in 2007 due to a cesarean section in 2006. I will be honest and say I never had a big stomach. Always small waist and big boobs so that small pooch from child birth had to go. I want really happy with the results. I hated my naval as i was left with just a hole and the surgery scar could have been better. Moving on to now. I'm pretty active, and eat healthy. I love to juice. Though I'm only 5'3 and a size 8 some doctors may feel I'm overweight but I'm just a curvy person and I don't personally like the way I look small. I started researching BBL because I had volume at the top and bottom of my butt but the middle was more flat and square shaped. I hated this. My arms are also something I was never a fan of. After reading many reviews in the DR and Columbia due to safety reasons I decided to look into doctors locally in Houston. I started to follow Dr. Cortez along with others. One day I ran across Erika Sato. I was pretty impressed with what I saw but that wasn't my desk breaker. I sent 5 email consultation/ question emails to 5 different doctors on a Sunday. The only person that responded timely was Erika. Here's the thing. Not an automated email. Not a patient coordinater or office manager but the actual surgeon herself. This is unheard of. Erika is extremely personable and answered all my questions. I was told to email her with any other questions I may have. Once I scheduled my consultation and actually met Erika I was sold. Pretty sad a button and very down to earth and honest. She connects with her patients. Erika establishes actual RELATIONSHIPS. Day 1 and 2 of surgery were the hardest for me and was expected but Erika and her staff had me fully prepared. I wouldn't change anything. I'm 3 weeks post op and loving my hour glass figure at nearly 40. I received just what I wanted. I didn't want a huge butt but just enough to curve out the flatness. I wanted to look natural unlike others I've seen. Very realistic. During consultation because I didn't have enough fat on my tummy, sides, and back we decided to include my ARMS. I will be more than happy to answer any questions add this if just an overview.

She's just so awesome and down to earth. I love the way she make herself available to her patients. Honor, respect and commitment goes a long way with me and to know she does great work was a no brainier for me. Good luck on your journey

Ok so day 1 you will be in and out but the anesthesia make some people sick and you're body will be leading fluids out through the openings ALOT. DAY 2 is when the soreness kick in. I'm still sore especially on my back and tomorrow will be week 4 post op

Hope u feel normal soon. Did u use gauze for ur opening to catch fluid or does it just leak everywhere. I'm confused about how that works. Are u still swollen or can you see a difference.

Upon waking up from surgery you will have on your garment. You will have lipo foam boards under the garment to help protect your skin from the tightness of the garment. Your butt will be wrapped and taped. They will tell you to have old clothes on and towels in the car. This is very true. I literally had fluids leaking ask over the floors and things were soaked. Don't panic it's expected and s good thing. I'm swollen just a tad bit. I hate the garments the most but now I'm at stage 2. My only issue is this lower back pain. It's nothing to play with. Constant discomfort. I can't wait to completely heal. Daily discomfort is stressful but beauty is pain and I'm living my results.

How much did you pay for your surgery? Hope I am not offending you with this question.
