I'm a 26 Yr Old Mother of 2 Who Has Experienced Both Natural Delivery and C-Sec - Houston, TX

The swelling is starting to subside I've had my 2 week follow up already and he says my body is recovering right on schedule. I've started my phase 2 garment. Went all the way from a XL to a M. I'm still having some sharp pains that comes and goes. Swelling in my back area and numbness also. The doctor said that I'm going to have that numb feeling for the next 6 months in my back but overall I'm doing and feeling great! My next appointment is in 5w
