So I have been stalking the hell out of this...

So I have been stalking the hell out of this website and now I have the confidence to post my story. I am 25 and I want to be snatched by my 26th birthday. I just booked my surgery with Dr. Sato for the 21st of this month. Deposit is paid, blood work done, now I'm in the mist of getting pcp clearance that I wish I didn't need to do.
Anyhow, Sato wanted me to lose some weight before surgery. I started at 228 and now I am down to 211. With that being said, I have lost all pf that weight in a tad under a month! I have to get down to 205.
My pre op is on the 16 and I am so excited to meet Morgan and Dr. Sato because lord knows I bothered the hell out of them lol. But They are GREAT!!!!! They both engage with me via email all day and answer all of my questions.
I'm travelling from San Antonio.. Is anyone else going to Sato soon?
I am posting a few pics of my body from the very beginning and some wish pics.
I hope I can be of help to other women as so many women have been a big help to me!

pcp clearance and time off
Hey Dolls!!
I wanted to talk a little bit about how much time I'm taking off and the drama with that AND a quick update on my pcp clearance.
Okay so I'm a general manager in the food industry; I work about 55 hours a week. So, I decided I'm going to take a month off because I don't want to risk it because I'm standing up a minimum of 11hrs a day.
So I have Morgan, who is Sato's coordinator give me a medical excuse slip. I told her do it for 1 month and please don't include the specifics of my surgery. And Morgan is great she did just that.
SOOOOO my boss and owner of company allllll in my damn business wanting to know the EXACT procedures I'm getting done and then wanted to tell me that I didn't give 30 day notice.
I told them that I shouldn't need to disclose exactly what I'm getting done but they pressed me about it so I told them. Not to mention I told my direct boss over 30 days ago. I hate these people sometimes. But I'm guessing they felt I would quit if they didn't honor my request so they approved it . So one month recovery for me!
Next pcp clearance, this damn doctor is making me jump thru hoops. I'm like dude I'm a healthy 25 yr old with zero medical history, my blood work is fine just send Sato the clearance email please. I have had to go back to this guy 3 times come tomorrow.
In other news, hubby and I are going to vegas Sunday, I'm really excited. I'm counting down the days until I have my pre-op.

You will look great! How long will be the surgery? I may plan on having a tummy tuck and bbl with her. I like how she does not charge for lipo areas for bbl .

What surgery are you planning for? I work mostly in a male dominated field so it is even more stressful. I really think your manager should not be intrusive about what procedure you are having. There is this patient from different doctor who disclosed her treatment to her manager and was let go after 2 weeks from the surgery. It is messed up.

That is awful. Im getting bbl and full tt. I hate how intrusive they were with that. I understand a month of is like several red flags but damn it was humiliating

For some reason, I thought doctors always advised not to combine these two procedures. Cos I hear sitting on the butt affects the bbl and u also can't lay on the stomach cos of the TT. What was Dr Sato's position?

She advised that I sit on one side for 2 hours and then do the same for the other side. Rinse, repeat. Now if you have some fat transfer to your hips, then it is a total game changer. I won't have any fat transfer to the hip. Certain doctors do combine both but you have to be a candidate for that. Dr J from LA, Dr Mendieta from Florida do combine those to name a few. Recovery will be challenging though.

I agree management cannot ask what procedure you are having. Did you attempt to get the Dr to cover it under FMLA. Girl when I call out sick they can't even ask why it's illegal. They are doing way too much. I took two weeks of leave without pay an then went back to work for three days an then took another week off using fmla

Weight loss/ weight gain
So i just got home from Vegas. Im totally annoyed I gained 7 lbs. So that puts me at 218 and my goal is 205. And my surgery is on the 21st. I'm so upset with myself I could cry. I'm sure Sato wont do the surgery if I'm not 205 as she requested. Any dolls have any tips for quick weight loss smh?

what is your height if you don't mind me asking? Cut on sugars, wheat, rice and all those carbs for starters and do a minimum of 1 hour a day of cardio each and every day till the day of the surgery. Just pretend you are diabetic. Also I suggest you use my fitness pal and input your diet in there. It predicts your weight at the end of few weeks if you eat the same food you input today everyday. I tried it and it helped me lose 60 pounds. I have thyroid disease so it is hard for me to shed the fat .

Thanks for that! Im 5'9. I went to vegas and had a lot to drink and that was my downfall. I was on this crazy.. Yet effective.. Diet called the 5 bite diet and that truly worked but since i got off it and went to vegas i packed on those lbs soooo quick i was only gone 3 days

She will still do the surgery love by law it's her job to ask you to lose weight for health purposes she asked me to lose 20 pounds I gained five lmaooo don't stress it at all

I think it is for health reasons. The surgery is long and they want to make sure that your complication is minimized to anaesthesia only.

I'm getting bbl, full tt, I'm getting lipo pretty much everywhere:arms, legs, back,bra bulge, stomach sides, and ur dream hips lol. And yes I'm staying overnight. I'm so nervous.
