suturing spitting almost 2yrs later
I thought it was a pimple, so I scratched at it. picked scab and about freaked out when a long blue thing came out of me. I clipped about a half inch off before taking pic.

I'm still struggling with weight yo-yo, but overall I'm still doing ok. working out more and it's definitely not as hard with all the fat off of me!
busting from the seams
ever use that phrase? "i feel so full, im busting from the seams". I now know that what means, i think the weight gain and tight skin do not mix! i sometimes feel like my skin is so tight around the incision but because i am literally "full". the doctor made me tight and here i am trying to stretch it all out again!!!! ughhhhhhhhhhhh

I have nothing but positive words for the doctor, his staff, and the St Johns Methodist hospital staff. I'm very pleased with the service I have received. My issues with my incision was not the doctor's fault. I have high blood pressure and over weight. Complications are more likely to happen to us than others. I knew going in. =/
