At 42 I found myself experience back, and neck pain from sagging breast and I was quickly becoming more aware of the physical and the negative aesthetic impact of age, large breast, and dense breast tissue. " If this is what 42 looks like, what will 62 look like?"
As much as I was disenchanted with my current breast and experienced pain daily, the thought of the horrible anchor scar left down the center of the breast from traditional lift procedures, the additional need for implants to shape the top of the breast after using traditional procedures, and the thought of having to re-do the surgery every so often kept me from taking the leap.
After learning of the back and neck pain, and the concern I had with traditional life methods, my husband started doing some research and found The Bellesoma method and Dr. Hordeski. Instead of using the traditional anchor /skin tightening method to create the lift, Dr. Hordeski uses a technique based on engineering and mathematical principals that allows him to reshape/reposition the breast higher up on the chest. Dr. Hordeski accomplishes this by using a women's own breast tissue, to reshape and reposition the breast by creating fullness in the upper portion without the need for implants. He also transfers the weight of the breast by attaching the breast tissue to the chest muscle and away from the skin eliminating neck, shoulder and back pain and reducing future sagging. This also allows for the elimination of the "anchor" shape scar left running vertically down the face of the breast from the traditional method . Dr. Hordeski strategically places the scars in the fold of the breast line, making them essentially unnoticeable.
I am currently in my 5th week of recovery and my breast already look beautiful. The recovery has been easy and extremely fast compared to those who I know that have utilized the traditional method. I have no regrets utilizing the Bellesoma Method and would insist on it for anyone I know considering a lift in the future.
Dr. Hordeski and his staff are amazing. I have never experienced a more well informed caring group. They have streamlined the process making it very easy to accomplish when traveling from outside of Houston, so that not only are you well informed but you are essentially taken care of like family. I was so amazed when I started getting personalized texts and communications from the office staff about my progress and well being immediately following surgery all the way through to date. The Bellesoma Method has not only eliminated my neck, shoulder, and back pain but has given me back the confidence I once had, in fact my breast look better then they ever have. So thank you Dr. Horndeski and the Bellesoma Method for my beautiful breast, beautiful life.

Hi! thank you for sharing your experience. Your review has put me more at ease! Can you please upload an updated photo? I'm really considering the procedure but am concerned with the horizontal suture on the bottom of the breast or "boxiness" that people speak of.
