I've wanted this procedure for a long time due to everything sagging from years of yoyo dieting. This procedure is not for the faint at heart....the recovery is a difficult and painful one. You definitly need help the first week to get things done because arm mobility is very limited...simple tasks like getting dressed...showering and washing your hair are almost impossible the first few days.By day 3...I was off the narcotics and able to control the pain with motrin. Everything seems to be healing well so far. I still have lots of swelling but I think I will very happy with the final results

You posted pics of your sides showing extra fat or breast tissue. Do you have incisions on your sides where that was removed? If so can you post pics of third incisions? Thank you!

It was actually loose skin...I couldn't stand it..every time I wore a bra it would come out either over or under the sides...creating a big buldge

I have the same thing and I'm having a BL and arm lift May 15th and I wanted to see what your incision line looked like. It look GREAT! Thanks so much for posting ;)

You're welcome and congrats. It will be worth it you'll love the results....the only thing I would suggest is to get the one piece vest compression garment. I orginally got the sleeves and bra separate and I learned the hard painful way that the sleeves irritate the armpit incision :(

Your arms look amazing. I swear your arms looked just like mine prior to your arm lift. I'm saving up to get an arm lift.

Thank you...It was so worth it.No matter how much I worked out that skin was never going away on its own and i was so embarrassed to even wear short sleeves because of my bat wings!!..lol

I am the exact same way. It is embarassing. I can't wear anything with my upper arms showing, I always have to wear jackets or sweaters and it gets so hot.

Your results are great so far! Are you excited about the transformation? Such a big difference from your before shots! :) How does it feel lifting your arms? Does it feel like the incisions are being pulled? I'm having mine this Friday, from elbow down the side of the chest too. I'm on my own for aftercare, so I'm trying to get an idea of what it'll be like insofar as mobility at about the 2-week mark (when I go back to work). thx for posting!! :0)
