Thank you for posting this. I’m contemplating this surgery. Everyone on here thus far that I’ve seen has had this due to extreme weight loss. I am small, need to gain actually. Always worked out and loved my ‘cut’ arms :). After 3 Cspine fusions, I stopped with the heavy workouts @ 5 years ago. I’ve tried yoga, bands, etc., but everything cause injury to my neck. My arms muscles are gone....and at 55, the skin is hanging. This bothers me o the point that I won’t wear shirt sleeves...ever. I see the scars though....and think I’d have to cover them up. I wish there was something else. Or....find someone with excellent skills in stitching!
