Was nice to me until I expressed where I believe my final upper appliance went wrong! Only refunded me the appliance only if I signed a paper saying he was not responsible for the 22,00 upper all on four implant surgery. My upper lip would catch the upper appliance and was not what I agreed on during wax try in!

Any information on how I go about doing that, sue!I have never sued, but I'm to the point where I'm depressed all the time, this is very uncomfortable, thanks.

First, you find a good dr, like Golpa, and have them fix things RIGHT their first try.
Then, you retain a malpractice lawyer who will likely eat this case up for the obvious screwups.

Thank you, just need to figure out where Golpa is and I have noticed other dentist don't like commenting to much on other dental screw ups!

Call Dr. Golpas office in Las Vegas, tell them what happened to you and how it’s affecting your quality of life, and that nobody will help you, tell him how much you can offer towards your fix.. they have been incredible, I’m going back for my 6 month check up on the tenth, just a couple fixes and they’ll be perfect. I will mention you as well.. this SHOULDNT have happened to you... I’m really sorry, I hope Dr. Golpas office can help you, he also has many different kinds of financing also so keep that in mind. I hope they help you

I would also look into having a free consultation with a malpractice attorney, that’s why they have malpractice insurance.... you could use at least enough money to get your whole mouth fixed up.. and more for your quality of life being threatened.

needing help

Been to a few other dentist,one telling me I have no room to move my tongue very much, but could not afford his plan of action, any other ideas or someone who can point me in a direction to help, I've been so uncomfortable its causing severe depression!

Yes I know, they feel horrible too, I need to find a oral surgeon who can help fix my issue, right now I'm in my temp appliance and its so uncomfortable , its making me depressed every single day!

Picture says a thousand word's, was wide awake during the 4 hour's, nose bleed for about a week. I threw up for a week. I be scared to have MY lower done. The way I was treated at the end was horrible, being told I had to live with the final upper catching my lip. Why did my wax try in not do that? Did not stick out as much, neither did my temporary. Was only told he give me the few thousand back for the final if he was not responsible to warranty the 22,000 surgery, was told before I had the surgery a lot of his patients where there temps cause they can't afford the final, at the time I did not know if I could. Who would spend that kinda money with out a warranty. I was done wrong!

I hate that this happened. I would NOT let this Dr. off the hook. Why do we have to ask people to " do the right thing" ?. That is a LOT of money and you should not have to walk away unhappy. Keep posting.... Social media is a very powerful tool ! What bothers me the most is that this guy knows you're unhappy and he's OK with that. That's WRONG !

I feel sorry for you. You must take action, even when medical procedures are not guaranteed for result, Doctors are duty bound to stop anything going wrong. It their experience that keeps a check.
You could have chosen an international destination for cost and an expert for assurance of outcome. Do you want to consult them in India, I can help. Pl let me know.
