I'm a 34 year old mother to three kiddos. They are 11, 10 and 9 years old. I gained a ton of weight with my third child (had her via C-section), and I never really took the weight off. In fact, I actually gained quite a bit more weight after that. I'm 5 '7 and pre-pregnancy I weighed 147. The highest I got up to while I was pregnant was 200 lbs. Two years ago I had gotten to my highest weight ever...243 lbs. Needless to say, I knew something had to change. I started working out, lifting weights and eating right. I'm down to 160 lbs, but I just feel like my body will never be as firm as it once was.
I came to Dr. Basu's office in February. He is incredible and I haven't even had my surgery yet. As soon as I came to his office I was greeted by his amazing staff. Everyone there makes you feel like a real person, and they are truly interested in who you are and what you have to say. Dr. Basu, of course, is the same way. He is so professional and he is an artist. I just felt comfortable with him as soon as we started speaking during the consultation. I am going to get a Mommy Makeover & Medial Thigh Lift. He is also going to repair my abdominal muscles, so I am really looking forward to getting back into the gym whenever I get the "ok" from him to do so. My surgery is scheduled for Monday, March 17th. I am a little nervous, but not too much. I trust Dr. Basu and I've had an awesome experience, thus far. I can't wait to see what I'm going to look like.

Today I was able to get up and walk around a little. But I am incredibly sore, as expected. I'm just trying to get as much rest as possible. That's all I feel like doing is napping.

Hi. I think you will have a lovely shape at the end of it all. Im 5 days out. It will get better I promise. I think ive similar shape to you. Can you tell me what size cc you got. And did you go over or under the muscle. Stay strong and try to get up and about soon

Thanks so much! I got 325cc, size 45 Natrelle silicone, full profile. Dr. Basu does what's called a dual-plane technique. So he places the top 3/4 of the implant under the muscle, and the rest of the implant is not. That gives it more of a natural look.

Yeah they look good already in bra. I feel I went too big 385. Hoping its swollen and it will subside. Ill be looking forward to your after pics. Best of luck with next few days :-)

Take it slow! You had a lot done! Dr. Basu also did my TT, and I am so happy with the results. You will be too!! I can't wait to see your after pictures!

Here are some photos. Finally took my stomach binder and bra off to readjust myself. So this was my first glimpse at myself post-op. I'm very happy with what I'm seeing, so far.

You look great! I have a question about the thigh lift. Did you get the one where the incisions are inside by your groin or the one that goes down the inside of the leg to the knee area? I was just curious!

Hi, thank you. I got the thigh lift with the incision inside my groin area, so that when wearing panties or bathing suit, it won't be visible.
