Please identify what the provider is by credentialing. Many companies require a basic training on the use of their products and they send out nurse trainers. This does not mean that they "train" the doctors on anything other then the indicated uses and FDA approved techniques of injection or use of a device. Your surgeons may have years of experience and artistic abilities obtained over the course of extensive years of training ( in many cases over ten years of training) it is misleading to imply that the nurse injectors are doctors ( your survey refers to a doctors treatment) or that they have significantly "trained" the DOCTORS as many of these trainings are less than eight hours.
