Scars have softened!
WORTH IT$10,800
Shortly after my last update, I noticed that the anchor scars underneath my breasts are MUCH softer now. They don't feel hard and lumpy anymore. In just the last two weeks I noticed my breasts have become much softer. It's really weird but I'm so glad my scars are improving. I did some bathing suit shopping. And while my boobs look fantastic, now I want a TT, BBL and thigh lift. Wait, I think that'd be an entire lower body lift! Hahaha. All the suits came from Target. My favorites are definitely the push ups and they are incredibly comfortable. Super great buy.

Heal Already Wouldja?
LOL. So I haven't really experienced true boobie blues, but I guess I kinda am. That spit stitch seems to take forever to heal. It's still red and irritated and just looks like a big sore around my nipple making it look weird. Furthermore, on that same breast I feel like my areola has shrunk. You can see it in some pictures, but not in others. Also, I feel like my left boob is a bit bigger than the right, which is fine but in some pictures it's super noticeable and off putting. I'm surprised my incisions look as good as they do since I have troublesome skin. (I have eczema so it's super fickle and usually easily irritated which is why I had to stop scar creams and silicone tape (Debbie Downer waaah waaah)). However, you will see a smiling me because it really is the proper angle, lighting, and pose to get a great BOOB PIC. Hahaha. Some days I feel my boobs look weird and other days I think they're solid gold.
On a side note, for the ladies with partners, though the girls come out to play they are still really sensitive for me - both nipple wise and weight wise. So play time is still gentle. LOL

I think they look great. Your only 4 months out and may experience change up to a year, at least I did. Those pesky spitting sutures will drive you insane!!! But ultimately when they’re done d&f, you’ll truly love them more & more everyday. My scars went thru a very long angry phase and def didn’t like the silicone strips for healing purposes. I stuck with bio oil and cocoa butter w/vit e. I just always remembered that my breasts looked better than before and that’s a bonus I’ll take any day of the week. Hang in there sweetie! Happy continued healing. Thank you for continuing to share your journey. ❤️❣️❤️

Thank you!! I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who couldn't continue with the silicone strips. I will definitely use the bio oil now. It's so true, my boobs look a million times better than before and I'm definitely glad I did this.

Pesky Stitches
I was reeeeally hoping I wasn't going to have what they called "spitting stitches" but apparently it's pretty common and yup, I had 'em. About three. Two had already poked through the surface of my skin like a sharp needle. There was no redness or soreness; but there they were just barely stickin' out and I could feel how sharp they were when I'd wash in the shower. The reason I called the doctor's office was when I developed a small red circle that turned purple and began leaking pus. YIKES. But the weird thing? I felt NO stitch there. So why was this area irritated? Anyhow, Dr. Cariavino's office got me in right away. A nurse actually removed the stiches and assured me everything was ok. No infections Fantastic. Also, she said perhaps the silicone tape had irritated my scars. I have sensitive, slow healing skin so that seems super plausible. Anyhow, I am really glad nothing major was going on, that this is all common, and I don't have to take antibiotics or treat an infection. It's so crazy that after 16 weeks (4 months) that this kinda stuff can still happen. All in all, I have had a VERY easy recovery for breast lift and augmentation. This is easy as pie if this is the biggest issue I face. *Fingers Crossed*

So glad it all worked out! Yes, spitting stitches are very common. You are very lucky it was after they had healed so well. I have seen some pretty bad ones early on in the healing process where the wound actually opened up and got infected. So yes you are very lucky!! You look awesome! ❤️ congrats!!!
