Over 50 with Much Needed Breast Lift

One thing I had hoped for was a breast reduction with the breast lift but I did not really feel this had happened. The breasts initially seemed much smaller looking down on my chest because they were so high up immediately after the surgery and so tight (no sagging flesh at all). But the cup size was still the same as the same bras did not fit any less well. I thought they would get smaller assuming they were swollen from the surgery, but they did not get smaller. This may have coincided with a few pounds of weight gain...not sure. But the bottom line is that I got the lift, nice shape and I need to do the work of losing weight anyway so I assume the breast size will go down with that. Hopefully!

Over 50 with Much Needed Breast Lift

This is 14 months post surgery. The first month was quite uncomfortable dressing and sleeping, etc. It got progressively better over a period of about 3 months. I could not jog again until about the 5th month though . Had to wear 2 bras to finally be able to jog again. Gained weight as a result of not jogging for so long, so it is something to watch out for. Best to cut back on a lot of calories if you are someone used to doing strenuous workouts because you will not be able to do so for several months. But time eventually goes by and the discomfort of the first months wears off. Even with the discomfort, I was still able to do a lot of walking for exercise within a couple of weeks or so of the surgery. But in the two weeks post surgery, I did not have the normal strength for super long walks.

I had been looking at this issue for about 20...

I had been looking at this issue for about 20 years, but could not bring myself to do the traditional breast lift due to the vertical scars. In 2015, I was checking to see if there were new options, and was thrilled to run across Dr. Horndeski. Thanks to him, I have the shape breast I have always wanted, and the scars are hidden except for the outsider side of each breast... whose appearance I hope will improve a little with some weight loss. I also have increased sensitivity in my nipples due to the surgery. I now have breasts that are not pointing downwards and hanging low on my chest anymore, and I can go braless when I need to!!!!
