Smallest Size Possible for an 11.8 & 12.0 Bwd. 110lbs 5.5 1/2" Very Athletic!
UPDATED FROM kodylover
In the meantime, I have bought myself 30 more days of aimless googling!!!
Alright, what is the deal with this update from the FDA just last month???
https://www.allergan.com/news/news/thomson-reuters/allergan-announces-fda-approval-of-natrelle-in-(1)
I know that the Inspira has been around in the states for awhile, but does anyone know anything about the soft touch? I thought my width was 12 cm for some reason and in looking at size options on the allergan website… (and I thought I settled on the 180 classic moderate profile?) but THANK YOU ladies for bringing this to my attention... the width on the 180cc smooth classic natrelle says 10.7? Isn’t that a little narrow for ~ 12 cm if I want a little but of upper fill (not a lot!)?
I am pretty positive (the irony in pretty positive... LOL) that I am not comfortable going above the 180cc size… I saw the TRLs have a 140 at 11cm? I am obviously confused ://///…

TIMEOUT! Postponing 1 Month for Genetic Panel Testing Results* BRCA
:( After meeting with a genetic specialist at Baylor last week, I was strongly recommended for the complete high risk breast cancer diagnostic panel. I know that the entire testing process (BRCA1/BRCA2) received some significant press last year because of Angelina Jolie's double mastectomy... but I think that this site would and SHOULD provide information and encourage women to look into their options prior to implants!
Of course I am a little bummed that I will have to wait another 30 days to move forward with my procedure, but at the end of the day I know IT'S WORTH IT! 1 vial of blood, a 30 day postponement and small copayment fee... Sign me up :).

Thank you ALL! I'm REALLY looking for an extremely modest enhancement. I would be upset if I gained > cup size . I'm 30-32 A don't know which brand would give me the best option for the smallest implant based on my measurements. Im thinking low profile, silicone under muscle? I want to create a fuller me so not too small of a diameter on the implant? Would it be possible to achieve the size of my "ideal" pictures with < 200ccs? I know that I have body dysmorphia so please be brutally honest!

What exactly is your body dysmorphia about? Do you feel your breasts are smaller than they are? Do you feel you're fatter than you are? Because what I see in your picture is the same thing I see in your wish picture. The lady lifting her arms up? That's kind of what you look like. She may be 50 CC's bigger than you if that.
You have similar breast with is me and statistics, I would suggest 250. If you want slightly larger breasts. Moderate profile.
The dysmorphia is just in general... perhaps I see myself as fatter than I am. After looking at a million photos, I have no idea how large/small my chest size or cup is anymore. There is so much information out there on implants... it's quite overwhelming. I don't like how flat I am anymore, but I do not want it to be extremely obvious that I have had implants. If you don't mind... why do you advise 250 > 180? Thanks so much!!!
Of course, this is strictly my opinion as I am no doctor. But I feel that are breasts look a lot alike.
So if you say you want slightly larger breasts I'm assuming you want more than what you have now so if you say you want slightly larger breast I'm assuming you want more than what you have now, just modest.
so if your pictures, especially the second one, are true to life, a 180 with simply fill out what you already have the upper parts of your breasts would be a little Fuller and the bottom would round out as well, but that's it.
To be a little bigger than what you have naturally, I feel you have to go up an extra 70 cc's. And if you think about it, 70 cc's is not that much. It is not even half a cup size.
So I would look at it like that. I would just be filling out what I already have and adding a third of a cup size.

I agree that it's important to go MP.
Is MP moderate plus or Moderate profile :/ why did my surgeon think moderates if I wanted a more natural look? My bwd is 11.8-12 and the 180cc allergan mods are what he thought would work based on my wish list. I'm so confused!!! Thank you for all of your replies!
