Horrible rhinoplasty experience - I was a total rookie

I underwent a rhinoplasty procedure in 2017. From the very beginning— I was a total rookie. I didn’t know exactly how to find the right plastic surgeon.

In hindsight— Del Vecchio would've been my very last option. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my consultation. The front office staff were extremely unprofessional. During the consultation, Del Vecchio kept trying to rush the entire process. I had my doubts, but again— I was a total rookie and he was very convincing. I brought up my deviated septum to his attention and I made it very clear if this was something he could address during my rhinoplasty procedure. He assured me, told me not to worry BLA BLA.

Fast forward to when it was time to remove my cast, I was extremely pleased that my little bump was gone.. however, he completely and utterly neglected to address my nostrils as well as my deviated septum which he claimed he’d take care of.

I had ONE follow up appointment (when he removed my cast) and that’s it. That appointment lasted around 10 minutes max. I never received any follow up calls, emails etc. after that.

I wish I had conducted more of a thorough research instead of giving this money hungry “doctor” $9,700. It’s been almost 3 years now, and I am so dissatisfied & currently looking to find a doctor who specializes in rhinoplasty revision.

Don’t give this dude your money! He doesn’t care for his patients. He’s only in it for the money.
