horrible experience with microneedling

ok so im writing this review because there is really nothing worst than trying to fix something and making it worse, especially when things seem to be permanent and done witj a reputable doctor, i no longer believe in reputable doctors, all the treatments ive done have been made with so called reputable doctors only to be left worsr than before, this time with microneedling. i went to dr shaun patel for a microneedling pro session, my concern was primarily a different skin texture crepey looking skin next to my nose, i told him my concern and he said that microneedling will improve my overall skin although i will need at least 6 sessions, i knew one session will not do things better but certainly not worst. so at the procedure i told him to take primarily care of my creoey looking skin next to my nose (as a client were not the experts so now i know that skin was already compromised and should not have been passed on more than other skin), he said dont worry i know, so he passed the dermapen over and over on that area ( as a dr he should know that passing over and over again on a compromise area is not going to give positive results, i didnt know that), he should have told me it would only make things worse because there isnt enough collagen and elastin to begin with, everything else was done professionally, the prp was placed and i went home. after seeing how my skin i that area only became worse with more lines, scrapes, lines in every direction, basically ruined skin, more than before i started reading and obviously the deeper and more passes u make compromises the skin more, a dr should know that! especially one that charges $700 for the procedure! i dont like doctors who are willing to do what the client wants, after all do we went to med school? they obviously know more than us, so depressing seeing more crepey looking skin and likes everywhere.
