Great/Saggy/Falling to the side.

WORTH IT$14,000
Life is back to normal. Happy with my outcome 70%. I really need to wear a bra or tight top to have the look I wanted. My girls are a bit saggy. Perhaps age. Elasticity.
Scars. Still using silicon gel. Dermatitix, Bio Oil, palmers Scar Therapy and silicon sheets. The silicon sheets always make the scars look lighter. Also using make up on them.
Biggest disappointment is that hey fall under my armpit when lying down. I would love to get this fixed but also feel greatful that I don’t have any complications. Some have not been so lucky. So in that respect I am lucky.
Also money causes a problem for this. Lol.
Yes I would like a revision will it happen-not sure. My dr always said. The look I want comes with a bra. :(.

I realize it’s what you think that counts the most but I think you look great! Your shape looks very natural and perky, imo, especially compared to your befores. And what your PS is saying about the look you want “coming with a bra” is pretty accurate, imo. Normal breasts usually don’t have that upper pole fullness we experience with our early postop days. From I’ve read in the doctors Q&A it’s also perfectly natural for breasts to fall towards the armpits when laying down. Btw your scars have really come a long way. I also have the same experience with the silicone sheets; they make my scars look lighter. My PS says this is a sign that things will continue to improve. I was also told if you push on the scars and they turned pale that’s a sign they will continue to improve and fade. Good luck. :-)
Thanks Mdlg5 that is all really good to know. Very reassuring. I suppose a lot of the time the look we think we might achieve has to be relevant to what or what we didn’t start with. Thanks for your comments my friend. :)
I know how hard it is when you aren’t satisfied with your results, and definitely hearing that your bra should provide the results really doesn’t help, if that’s the case then we wouldn’t have gotten a lift to begin with! Right?? Lol I can say though that mine kinda fall towards the armpits also, not in them where they are malpositioned, but they lay flat as do natural breasts :)
Your breasts look great .. unfortunately gravity sinks in too .. we will see how mine sit 1 year post op
I can certainly sympathize with you my friend. It’s tough when we don’t quite end up with our wish look. And it is frustrating when they make that comment about getting “that look” with a bra. Total [RS bleep]. We’ve seen plenty of result here on RS where women have gotten “thatblook” with a great result after a lift with implants... and like I said, if that were the case, we would have just purchased a $60 bra from VS rather than spending $15,000. If I wanted natural looking boobs I would have saved my money and learned to live with my natural looking boobs.... That being said, I do think you have a nice result. They are symmetrical, the same size with small areola and even areola. Could they be a little tighter and higher?? Yes.... I do indeed see what you see and I can understand you wanting that high tight perky look.... but count your blessings. That’s what I’m really working on.... I have a ton of issues as you know.... (a) permanent nerve damage in my left, (b) my left is too medial, causing symastia and rippling because the muscle is over dissected, also causing bad flex animation deformity, (c) my areola really aren’t any smaller than what I started with after 3 surgeries, and my nipple height is uneven... but even with all of that, I’m blessed to have a fuller result. I can get away with wearing a cami type bra instead of uncomfortable underwire. and they do look pretty good in clothes. So try and focus on what you DO like about them because honestly, they look good. YOU look good girl! And your tummy too! Think long and hard about a revision. If you can live with the, the way they are, then don’t do it. You have a nice symmetrical shape. If mine looked like yours after my first surgery, I would not have gotten a revision. I think you look beautiful! Xo ! Please don’t be a stranger!
Thanks girl. No I sure won’t be a stranger. You are absolutely right. I do count my blessings. It is disappointing that after all that money I don’t have the look. I feel we have the right to that. But all things considered I do like the look in a bra. I was just hopping I wouldn’t need one on special nights/ outfits. My heart sure goes out to you with the issues you have had to deal with. Thanks for sharing all of these. I look forward to staying in touch. ❤️

Weight gain

I put on 5 kg last November on holidays I have asked it to leave but it is being really stubborn! Eating is clean but red wine well you know the story. These pics are at night so I always am a little swollen. The marks are from my waist trainer. Yep still wearing them. Scars are really taking their time. I still have the ridge below my bb. I will ask my Dr when I see him but no appointments are booked yet. I am still so glad I did this!
