I've seen actual plastic surgeons and MedSpas and most don't even know what Ultherapy is. Waste of time and money. Please make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon before shelling out big money for this awful treatment.

I’m now 5 months post procedure and I look exactly the same. Thankfully I don’t think my face is melting and I hope that continues to hold true. I wish I would have waited and had a consultation with a plastic surgeon before deciding on a procedure. That’s really my only advice before you spend big money on your face.

I think under chin lipo would work for you; please consult ONLY a board certified cosmetic surgeon , not just an MD.

I initially went in for either Kybella or CoolMini, but the staff said that I didn't have enough fat and that instead it was loose skin that could be tightened with Ultherapy. I've had that pouch under my chin my whole life, even when I was very thin so I assumed they knew what they were talking about. I will probably go to a plastic surgeon about those options soon.

I had less of a fat pad then you and am much older but had great results from Kybella.Don't know why they didn't do that first. I think you are lovely personally and don't think you need to change a thing !
