I had my first appointment with Dr. Hedden for 11:am today on a consultation for liposuction. I had to drive from out of town about 70 miles. I arrived at 10:34 am. I was not called to the exam room until about 11:30am. I sat in the exam room until after 12:00pm, an hour past my appointment time with no sign of the doctor. I had another appointment so I had to walk out. Huge waste of time & mileage on my car for the 140 mile round trip.
