UPDATE.............UPDATE.............UPDATE..........UPDATE.........UPDATE.... 5/22/18......... Dr. Hedden clearly has read my review and knows who I am and has decided to go back in time and bill me 4 months later for endermologie massages I had in January. After my surgery was a failure he suggested I undergo these massages to make my butt fuller, pop out rounder and even up in size. I paid for these massages upfront with my credit card and later at a follow up visit he offered me a few complimentary massages to my account. After a few massages and after determing that these massages were not resulting in any improvements I notified him and stopped going. I left with not only a credit to my account for the massages I paid for but I also had remaining complimentary massages as well (I still have the print out). Now 4 months later he wants to bill me for the massages I did recieve. Well Dr. Hedden I did not want to write you a negative review; it was not my choice. If I could have chosen, this review would be singing your praises and glowing if my results reflected the same. I could have said a LOT more bad but actually left a kind negative review and spoke highly of the staff and facility. Now you mad like a kid and want to pay me back with a bogus bill. I'm the one that should feel disgruntle NOT you. TAKE THIS CRITCISM THE SAME WAY YOU TOOK MY MONEY. I'm the one out over 7 grand. You won! Careful opening pandora box Dr. Hedden... And my results speak louder than this review ever could. It is what it is. Consider this, my review wouldn't even exist if you were honest and upfront with me from the start because I would have chosen a doctor better suited for me. LADIES this is an example of retalitation if you are not happy with ANY results at Hedden Plastic Surgery.*************************************************************************** ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW))))))))(]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]] NO DOCTOR IS PERFECT BUT IT IS HOW THEY HANDLE THIS IMPERFECTION THAT SEPERATES THEM. Dr. Hedden should NOT perform bbl revisions. There shoud be no shame in saying you can't correct or improve upon someone else's work. During my consult Dr. Hedden was able to view my body IN PERSON and listen to my expectations. He told me not to expect perfection but that I would see major improvement with my areas of concern. He expressed confidence in his abilities and in me being happy with my overall outcome. After my sx and upon learning of my dissatisfaction with his results Dr.Hedden became a different doctor. No one likes to hear bad things about their work but Dr. Hedden would not take any accountability. The concerns I had from my 1st bbl were STILL present after his revision. Now all of a sudden it is my first doctors fault for EVERYTHING looking either the same or worse after HIS (Dr. Hedden) revision. Prior his revision I had no problem with my hips. He surgically altered my hips and after I complained about them being uneven he said I should try strecthing to even them out. Stretching!. When I complained about the flat areas in my butt still being flat he told me I could have died if he attempted to fix it. Correcting this was not a problem prior sx. During my consult we talked about the flat areas specifically and in great detail and he told me he would fix it, no problem. When I complained about one butt still bigger than the other he suggested massages to even them out. Wait, I just payed you to do that and now your suggesting massages? My stomach looks like it has never ever been lipo'd and my back is the same. This may be why he couldnt match my butt cheeks up to the same size, not enough fat for the job. He took out the minimum vs the max fat in all areas: and again we talked in detail about how much fat would be removed. He had excuse after excuse as to why I was stlll uneven and NOW talked only about how hard it is to do a revision. Keep in mind he was confident in the beginning. In the end he offered to do it again, stating that I would NOT see any further improvement but for an additional $3,500+ he would TRY. Now he says try. Wow. I trusted that being board certified and after having a good consult that he would deliver and what I should have trusted was the fact he has ONLY a handful of bbl photos. He lied and told me he has done hundreds of bbls but could not get sign offs to post photos of this work online. Odd, since you sign away this right in the preop paperwork and I would think out of hundreds he could post more than a single digit amount. The facility is nice and so is the staff but RUN don't walk if you want a doctor who is HONEST about his capabilities.
