To start this information will not be in detail about a bbl as I have done it before and have an in-depth journey under my original doctor. Those most likely to benifit from reading this journey would be looking to have a bbl procedure by Dr. Hedden SPECIFICALLY and is interested in more information about my experience with dealing with him and his staff. ...And of course the results he provide.
A little about me. I had a bbl a little over a year ago, and was mostly happy with my results. Once everything settled (about mo 3) my left butt was slighty (but VERY noticeable to me) larger than my right butt, both laterally and cheek. For the past year I have tried to live with this flaw and have finally decided that I can not and MUST get it fixed. Although Dr Hedden has limited photos and reviews in this area I decided to trust what I saw in the few bbl and many breast photos I did see. Based on the photos he has a natural touch and you don't look over done, which is exactly what I want; considering my first doctor gave me the vavoom look already. I just need Dr. Hedden to finish it off by correcting the things I don't like. I want to also say my first bbl experience was not pleasant and I am very upset that my original doctor could not get it ALL right and that I have to have the procedure again. Note, I am not going for a bigger butt, I want an even butt.
I know you want photos and I will post before (a few days before sx) and several after.

What I've noticed
I am two weeks pre-op and one month prior sx and there are several things different enough from my previous clinic and doctor (and doctors of several friends) that I would like to highlight them.
It seems you don't get assigned a patient cordinatoor. If you do I have no idea who mine is at the clinic. I find this slighlty inconvient as I have to call if I have a question vs being able to send a pc an email. Since this is my second go round my questions are few yet they do exist. I don't think that this type of set up would work well for a first type bbl patient with tons of questions.
Which brings me to another thing I don't like. I have my pre-op tests in 2 weeks yet I was not given a list of do's & don'ts. I have no clue (from them) as to what medicines to stop/start taking or any of the general information I was provided not only by my previous doctor but was also sent general pre sx info by many clinics that I only made inquiries with. One would think, same procedure should be same rules but if you've been on this site for even a second then you know each doctor is different. So it would be nice to have some info directly from them.
Another thing...the additional fees. The basic fee for a bbl is twice what I paid the first time (yep I went to Florida and have several friends who went to the DR, all with no major complaints) and thats with a special, yet comparable to most other usa bbl doctors. So I am ok with that, whats harder to swallow is that it only inlcudes two areas with each additional area costing big $$$. My first go round I had the luxury of 6 areas included in the total price. Very few people who want that totally snatched look can get those results with ONLY two areas. So all the extra $$$ for additional areas hurts.
The extra fees don't stop there. On top of my quote written very largely in ink, if you continue to read the MUCH smaller print there is a $35 fee for preop testing, a $500 fee for some type of pain medicine and another fee of $100 for your garment that must be purchased by them. OUCH! This marketing trick does not make my intial quote look cheaper. All those additional fees should just be added to the quote written largely on the paper. Sliding them in after a total makes it seems like they nickel and dime and are MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE than the already expensive quote. My purse notices the $$$ no matter how they phrase it. So they should just add all fees in! Especially since NONE of these fees are optional.
Finally, each doctor and his/her clinic are different and each has their own standards on the way they conduct buisness and the resources they provide (we know this). Be smart and continue to do as much research as possible in addition to the information (if any) provided by your doctor and his team.

Flat butt
After my first bbl my doctor said I should wait 12 weeks before sitting on my butt. I waited 12 weeks and 1 day. I don't know if it made much of a difference or not but I would like to think it did. I talked to dolls who had the same doctor I did around the same timeline when I was going through recovery and most of them waited only 4-6 weeks (of our doctors suggested 12 wks). Some said they wish they had waited longer and some said no BIG difference (that they could tell). but no one sat with in the first few weeks of sx.
Dr. Hedden says that I will not have a wait time and will be able to sit almost immdediatly after my bbl. He says the technique he uses allows for this. I have also read many doctors answers that also say you can sit shortly after their bbl as well.
In theory it seems like I would smash my new fat cells before they have properly taken if I at sat soon after sx. The one person I personally know whos doctor said it was ok to sit the next day says she has a few flat spots.
I would like to hear experiences from those who sat sooner than later either on their own or becasue your doctor said it was ok.
Note: The photo is not of my butt- but a good example of what I think would happen if I sat too soon.
