Hooded Eye After Botox

Hey! Just looking for some insight in regards to the Botox I received on June 3rd so 11 days ago.
I’ve gotten Botox before in my 11’s and have had no issue. This time around I received 37 units all across my forehead and some in my 11’s. I can still raise my left eyebrow significantly and my right side is frozen solid. I’ve noticed a heaviness in my eyelid about a week post injection and it’s definitely hooded. I just want to know if it will go back to “normal” like my other eye? How long approximately will it take? My provider is saying it should subside in 2-3 weeks. Is that from the day of injection? Or when the heaviness came? Thanks!

This just happen to me too! My eyes were beautiful and open and now they are all saggy. Please go away fast! Is yours gone yet?
It looks like they put too much there. I have hooded eyes normally, and I get forehead wrinkles from subconsciously trying to make my eyes more open. My doctor will only ever give me a tiny dose of Botox because she says it will make my eyes more hooded. Once I went to someone else (mistake) who got rid of the forehead wrinkles totally but then my eyes looked terrible. Unfortunately, I don't think it will go back to "normal" until the Botox wears off BUT after a little while the muscles in your scalp start to take over for the frozen muscles in your forehead and pull everything up so the eye looks more open. Hope this helps!
They probably put it on low on your brow and it made your eyebrow drop Nd subsequently the eye look hooded. I got Botox every 3 months via my insurance for migraines and the neurologist administration it. It's great to have it free but unless I watch him carefully and stop him from going beneath the halfway line on my forehead(between top Nd eyebrrow) he has done thi to my right eye more than once! Could go away in 2-3 weeks if you're lucky but my guess is closer to 3 months
This has happened to me before so I can relate. Unfortunately there’s not a lot you can do with the eye/brow that’s solid/frozen but the side where you can raise it significantly, you can have an injection at the tail end of your brow to bring it down slightly and more in line with the other eye but only the tail end of the brow: not the middle as you don’t want it to drop there. I always have issues with botox and it’s so god damn hard to get it right. I recently had some and I asked for a mid brow lift so they don’t inject anlbive the brow causing it to drop but they put an injection beneath the brow on the brow bone so hopefully it’ll keep it raised a little opening your eyes up a bit more. I only had mine done 5 days ago so still got a while before I see the true results.
Anyway good luck. The dropped side with return back to normal within 4-6 weeks I’ve found.
This has happened to me before, and it looked pretty much as yours does. It took a couple months or so to wear off. I haven’t had my forehead done at all since—just the “11s” and around my eyes.
