I've been debating getting a BJ for a while now. Coming from Orange County the land of the job, I knew I would always get one! Now that my youngest is almost two, I'm ready to go under the knife.
I've done three consultations via FaceTime with surgeons in the Southern California area (debated flying home and having it done there so my parents could watch my kids). I've also had two in person consultations with Dr. Ben Chu and Dr. Jeff Healy here on Oahu, Hawaii.
My husband and I legally liked Dr. Chu and his knowledge and confidence, but when we walked into Healy Plastic Surgery, we just felt so welcome and cared for.
I'm planning to book my surgery for the end of March 2016! Ahhhhh!!! I'm nervous and keep convincing myself it's not necessary. I'm ready all the blogs on implants and ex plants. I know I'll be happy once I find the exact size I want. I'm just nervous for the pain and recovery!!!

I just got a breast augmentation with Dr. Healy, and he did an AMAZING job! I also went for a consult with Dr. Chu. No comaparison!

Lyndajoy thank you for your comment that helps so much as I've been wondering if I would be happier with Dr. Chu. I'm in the nervous, questioning everything stage! How is your recovery going? I'm afraid of being put under as well as recovery with my three little ones here at home!

Recovery was honestly a piece of cake. I went out to dinner that night. Showered and drove the next day. I had no bruising, and minimal swelling. I'm at 5 weeks now, and they have settled in, and look natural. I also have 3 children, in fact, my daughter took me to my surgery. I wasn't nervous one bit, not even that morning. That's how confident and comfortable Dr. Healy and his staff made me.

Thanks for coming to see us for a consultation. I'm glad to hear you had a positive experience. It's normal to be nervous before surgery, but we will do everything possible to make your surgery and recovery an amazing process. You'll do great!

Surgery booked!!
I did it!! I booked my surgery and pre-op! I feel like I've been reading Real Self every night and falling asleep to boobs and waking to boobs. Now it's my turn :)
More about myself, I'm 34 and a mom of three kiddos: 6, 4, and 1.5 year olds. My breasts definitely shrank and lost their fullness after nursing. I've lose more since I've been an avid crossfitter for the last 4 years, more so since I've been training 6 days a week and up to 2.5 hours a day at times. I'm so excited to finally have some curves up top. Although I'm also bummed that I may lose some of the strength and skills I've worked so hard at these past few months, especially getting that elusive muscle up!
I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds, I have tried on sizers and feel like I would be happy somewhere in the upper 380-400cc's.
I've got plenty of time to think about it and obsess about if this is the best decision!! My surgery is August 15th officially! Can't wait!
