I'm 40 years old. I do what I can to keep in shape but there is nothing that I can do in the gym to help my itty bitty boobies.
Stats:5' 7", 135lbs36B - no upper pole fullness - not even sure this is the right size for meMeasurementsB - 33"W - 25"H - 36.5"I almost did this about 4 years ago and chickened out. I had done a ton of research and had consults with 2 plastic surgeons. Booked my procedure with one and then freaked myself out with explant videos of silicone implants that had ruptured. Here we are now, 2017 and I'm back at it. Only this time, I'm excited about the new IDEAL implant. I didn't want saline before because I'm pretty thin and I was worried that it wouldn't look and feel right. This implant solves my silicone fears. Surgery next week. I'm feeling nervous and excited.

Surgery went well.
Surgery went well. Only issue was starting the IV. I was so dehydrated that they had a problem sticking my vain. Took 3 times. I haven't been able to see my new boobies yet. My post OP appointment is in a few hours. It's like waiting to unwrap my Christmas present.

So excited for you our pre surgery size and shape were very similar so curious to see how the 400cc look?

This is what they gave me after surgery. I've still been wearing it at night to help the girls drop.

Day one
My body has already decided that I'm done with the painkillers as I puked in the trash can outside my plastic surgeon's office, simultaneously while being hit on by a homeless man. Then again in a plastic bag on the car ride home. I knew my drug binge would be short lived but I was hoping for a few days. Oh well. Tylenol and ibuprofen from here on out. Here's some day one pics. Lefty is a bit more swollen than righty.
