Well such is life. After 6 years I'm having to go under the knife again as my right breast implant deflated. I have the warranty so I figured it wouldn't be THAT costly. But noooo..... the freaken company folded a few weeks prior. No longer honoring any warranty. So now I get to redo this at my cost. Not a happy camper!! The reason I went with IDEAL is because being a structured implant it would be more like silicone. So now, I'm looking at going with silicone. I just don't think regular saline will work for me because I have very little breast issue and I'm afraid the implant will be visible.

First the dislikes: my breasts sit differently because of my scoliosis. I wish they were both sitting evenly what what are ya to do. I think this is also what causes my left breast to fall to the side when laying down.
Second dislike. I still need to find bras that I like. Something that does not dig into my ribs.
Overall I’m satisfied with my BA. I’m happy with the size. Tops fit now! I can wear corset tops without a huge padded bra that I have to keep pulling up. I have zero issues working out. They are firm but soft. Hubs likes them ???????? All is good.

I think they look great! I have similar boobs to yours before surgery. may I ask which implants did you get, size material and on or under muscle?

Also if they’re not perfect before hand all that you’re going to get with just putting implants in is the exact same boobs you have only bigger which is what they told me before mine so if one side was bigger or set lower then afterwards it will be the same thing

Nope. I don’t have CC. Both breasts are soft and move around nicely. I have slight lateral displacement on the left. No biggie.

They look great. I'm about your size in height/weight. Getting mine done in 3 wks, 2 1/2 days. I'm nervous about the size. Will it be too big or not big enough? Common concern I'm sure. I didn't see any mention of what size you had gone with. Do you mind sharing? As it stands now, I'm going with the size 405cc Ideal with a 425 +/- fill. I just don't want to go through all this and end up too small. I certainly also want to look natural.
