30yrs old, 34 A, deflated after nursing 4 years total, 500ccs Mentor

I found Dr Schlesinger on realself and his reviews were amazing. I set up an appointment for a consult in Oct 2015 and quit nursing. I mulled over the decision for over a year! Then in February of 2017, after training/running a marathon and a half marathon, there was nothing left. One breast has done tissue on the bottom, the other breast has none. I called him again and had a second free consult and booked my surgery. My pre op is in 10 days and surgery on 4 weeks. I'm nervous but excited.

I met with Dr Schlesinger over the weekend for my pre op! Everything is squared away and ready to go! I've chosen to use 500ccs on my larger breast and then he will use up to 535 to even the other side out.
I am so excited and at ease with my surgeon. He is so confident and professional, I'm not even worried about the surgery! My only concern is that 500ccs will make me look heavy. He has assured me that with my height and build, 500ccs will be perfect! Also, big picture, I don't actually care much about what I look like with clothes on ???? What sort of things should I have for post op?

I've been a little nervous to post photos of myself but I think it's important for ladies to see results. So here are my pre op photos. I have birthed/nursed 2 children. Breast feeding for a total of 3.5 years. I have always been a 34a/b but after my last child I'm in the negative somewhere ???? I have two different size breasts, which is normal but mine are so different that at times, it's physically uncomfortable. I can't wear bras anymore due to the discrepancy and not really having any tissue. I wear these stretchy cami type bras like shown. My measurements are 34,27,39. I have wide hips and a large butt. I am 5'8" and 135 pounds. I am physically active daily. I lift, run, swim, cycle and hike. The more cardio I do, the flatter I get ????
I have been looking forward to this surgery for many years and now my time has come!
