I came to my doctor with 36B tuberous breasts. I am a fitness model/competitor and was very concerned about the size of my breasts when at a low body fat. My doctor recommended a benelli lift with silicone implants under the muscle and through the armpits. They are absolutely beautiful and have healed without any problems.
