Fuller butt and wider hips in new york without enough fat to transfer?

I am looking to get a fuller but and wider hips, however after my last consultation with a doctor in new york, i was told i do not have enough fat to transfer. He then told me of a procedure using sculptura aesthetics, where the hips and butt are injected and then injected again 6 weeks later. I am interested but haven't found enough information on this or anyone who has done this. I am aware it lasts 2 years and will need to cone back every year for touch up Is this a great option? Are there other long term options? Has anyone tried other options? I am ready to get a procedure done as soon as possible. My measurements are 39,30, 42. However, i have hip dips that i did not like. I am looking for doctors available in the tri-states area.

The surgery i did previously in Dominican Republic was a waste of money. I am interested in getting a really good doctor that can perform a bbl and lipo to my arms and inner thighs. I still habe many friends that go out of the country, yet it scared me with my last experience. I want to look great for a reasonable price. Maybe columbia or US. But definitely soon. [March] can someone recommend a great doctor w/reasonable prices in US [eastern] or Columbia. (Pictures in my previous posts) Also, would like to revise my breast implant from over the mustle to under the muscle, as originally requested but not done. I am still hopeful.

NOT HAPPY WITH RESULTS. I went with two other girls and they aren't happy either. to make matters worse, one of the girls i traveled with did extensive testing at the location and had lipo done. When she arrived to back to NY she found out that she was 3 months pregnant after trying for a very long time ; the baby died from complication due to anesthesia. This doctor had to have known of her pregnancy as we all were tested. Shocking! In total we paid $15,000 USD. None of use are happy. We all look exactly the same as started. We all had fat transfer to the buttocks. All of our Butts are smaller than before the surgery. Lipo areas seem saggier. Although none of use were extremely needing any of our surgery, mostly cosmetic. We all feel we were robbed for our money. DO NOT GO TO DR. POLANCO

I just went to him. I am an american 18 years old. My results are good. But honestly he is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen with a very bad temper that made me scared to see him. I hope nobody ever goes to see him and that he looses his job at Siglo21 and Ciplaci. Well I hope he fixes his attitude first. If not then I hope that happens. He is charming at first but the minute there are complications he tried to put me in a hotel after asking me to extend my stay. DO NOT GO TO DR.ABRAHAM POLANCO SAFADIT! I wish I would have taken your warning 100% seriously and not seen him AT ALL. I spent almost $6,000 all together and I feel a tiny bit botched. But at least I look good with clothes on.
