Liposuction

Ok today looks better and I’m feeling way better than before except when I was doing last minute Christmas shopping today and I had to come home cause I was tired and in pain. I took my pain med then I felt a lot better afterwards
My doctor suggested not to go get massages but instead buy a rolling pin to do it myself, it hurts when I do it cause of the harness and lumpiness. I try to do it everyday for 5 to 10 minutes and also apply heating pad after I’m done.
What you guys think? Anything I can do better to help my hardness and lumpiness?

I know it looks perfect in the picture but I’m actually in pain, there’s still lumps, harness and fibrosis. I feel better when I’m not in bed or sitting down... the 2nd pic u can see the lumps, I was supposed to go on a family vacation this week, I don’t know if I’ll enjoy it and I don’t know if I still want to go.

I did 3 massages already still don’t see any big difference
