I had rhinoplasty with him years ago.
He seemed normal at the consult. Showed me outdated photos of patients from years ago. Those same patients are still on his webpage and it has been many years since I have had my procedure.
My results were horrific. I had a revision rhinoplasty with another doctor to correct the botched job. I don't want anyone to experience what I did so I am writing this. If it helps one person then I made a difference. He took way too much off my nose. Left me with an over rotated tip (Turned all the way up), a bump on the bridge, and closed up my breathing passageways so I went years with nasal drip.
He is extremely unprofessional. He never did any post op visits outside of the post op to remove the cast! Most doctors see their patients every 6 mos or so. Rather than accept the fact that I was unhappy, he made me feel worse by acting like I was crazy for not liking it. Nightmare experience. He was the opposite of caring. I spent years with a nose that looked so unnatural.
On top of it, come to find out years later my entire nose was collapsing! My revision doctor brought it to my attention. I would not have lasted much longer without that nose getting more and more deformed over time.
He should not be operating on noses.

This is Dr. Palmer. Part of my practice philosophy is unlimited follow-up care free of charge for an unlimited period of time. Every nasal surgery patient is given an appointment 5-6 days post-op, and then at least two more within the month. Afterwards they are seen every 3-6 months for the first two years after surgery, and then annually for as long as they want. If anyone claims I only do one post op visit they are wrong. If this person was unhappy, and was really my patient, why wouldn't they keep their post op appointments and express their complaints to me, instead of posting it nine yeas later? I encourage patients to come to my office regularly and follow them for many years after their surgery. I have searched my records and spoken to my staff and there is no patient that has ever had these symptoms or complaints. I also do not put casts on noses. I have never had a patient's nose collapse, nor have I over- resected a nose or left someone with upturned nostrils. I find it very strange that someone would post a review like this nine years after their surgery. If one of my patients has a complaint I try to address it immediately and do what I can to make them happy.

Splint/Cast. I am not a doctor and do not know the proper terminology for the "material" placed on nose after surgery. Let's call it a SPLINT instead of a cast for the purpose of this conversation.
I am posting it here to possibly save a person. I am trying to prevent someone from experiencing the nightmare I went through. I had times that strangers would laugh in my face because how of how over rotated my tip was. You DID NOT do any post op visits after my complaint when the "splint" was removed. It was not a matter of "keeping post op appts." I did not have any to keep! The staff mentioned they would contact me to schedule a post op visit and never did. It turned out for the better that the office did not follow up with me. I did not know it was routine to follow up with patients until I met with other doctors.
This site helped me find someone better qualified. Had I read a review like this years ago, it could have prevented my nightmare.
You are still unaware that my nose collapsed and became deformed over time because you never followed up with me.
