I hate to complain, as it can often be time lost...
I hate to complain, as it can often be time lost in negativity. Also, I am very busy. However, I am willing to take the time to post this review because I am a man of principles and really get upset with unethical people. If I can save many people from what I went through, it is worth my time. Healthcare premiums are high enough, without doctors like Todd Minars double billing. That will cause premiums to go up even more. Ironically, he billed me and my insurance company twice for one procedure that was poor quality work. I actually look worse than before I visited him. Now I will have to pay someone else to fix his work. Stand up for what is right, and avoid this dermatologist. There are plenty of reputable dermatologists out there, who will bill honestly and will do much better work.
