Hi, thanks for reading. so far everything is great. my lips is even align. still swallow and little pain. I still have to see the doctor in three week to follow up. I have to wear a chin strap 24/7. We are hoping it stay in place.

1What caused your mentalis muscle to not be suspended? 2 What sort of problems do you get, when the mentalis muscle is not suspended? It affects the shape of your lips?

I had a car accident and broke my jaw in 5 parts. They put a titanium to fixed. But I had many problems to correct this issue. It did affect the shape of my lips, but I had a good surgeon that fix my jaw but I think the medical procedure, including the hardware they are using need to be review. Many people had problem after the mentalist muscle has been open and reattached.

This was before the surgery. I am so used to clinch my teeth together so people won't notice my chin miss alignment. The doctor told me he will put some anchor to keep my mentalis muscle in place. I will upload the a video later a week after the surgery..
