My dermatologist recommended the pixel to reduce the scarring on my face from late adult acne. It is only $150 a treatment so I decided to give it a try. I had my first treatment yesterday where she focused only on the scaring areas. I’m a bit worried how it is going to looking in a few days since I have a business trip on Tuesday. My doctor says it should be nothing but a little sandpapery feeling. We will see.

I did not have any numbing cream as most people have said they were given. The treatment only took about 10 minutes. It felt like little shocks to the skin. I could smell burning skin, but it didn’t really feel like burning. Afterwards it felt a little hot but no more then being out in the sun for a few hours. My doctor recommended CeraVe Healing Ointment to keep it moisturized to help with the after effects. It is feels like I’m rubbing Vaseline on my face. Hopefully it doesn’t break me out!

Hey there! How did this treatment work for you? I look SO swollen and have bumps all over and am curious if you experienced this, too? Grabted, it’s inky day two.
