I had a TT 22 years ago and it was great for about 15 years. I did put on 10 pounds and am now 53 years old and the pooch came back! I went to Dr. Patel in Hoffman Estates for a consult and set my date for April 27th! Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable, attentive, offered helpful suggestions and was very down to earth and easy to talk to. His staff was also very kind and helpful.
Dr. Patel did a breast lift for me 4 years ago and I had excellent results.

I am hope that your surgery went well. .today I am 3 week post op April 2nd was my tummy tuck surgery the hip to hip was good but the from the chest down to the pubic area was a doozy I am doing a lot better which I had No... help when I learn how to post my pictures I will still can't upload yet anyway I know you're going to look great ... after you heal I can't wait to see my results I am still swollen but I do see a little progress. .

I am beginning to get excited!!! 25 more days and I will have a new tummy! I am very confident that my PS Dr. Patel will give me fantastic results!! Before pictures coming soon!

My surgery went great and yes, I did have lipo too!!! Today is day 9 and I feel great- got my drains out!!!! I haven't had to take pain medication since day 5 post op!! When is your surgery scheduled for?

Next week! What type of Lipo did you select? I am meeting again tomorrow and want to figure that out, he said I have choices for that.

Hope you are recovering well. Your old TT scar looks so good and so thin. Barely a scar at all. Wow!! I'm 5 months post & age 64 so I'm thrilled I finally did it & hope my scar fades half that good. Keep us posted & happy healing!

I am recovering a lot faster than I expected!! After my first TT, it took about a year for the scar to flatten and fade.
Welcome to the community. If you have had this done once then you are a pro and will breeze through it. Please let us know how everything goes with the surgery. Make sure to post your before and after pictures. I have people asking all the time what tummy tuck results look like years later. It would be nice to see.
