I had a fracture that changed my nose. For the last 12 years I thought about correcting it. In the mean time, I was also considering botox for the first time. The Chicago Institute of Plastic Surgery and Med Spa had an open house. I decided to go. I purchased a botox offer. I made an appt. and met Michelle who is the Injection Specialist. She was wonderful and knew exactly what she was doing as well as being so patient and making me feel extremely comfortable. She walked me thru every injection and loved my results. I researched and after meeting with 3 doctors, I found the right doctor and made the appointment.

I researched Dr. Patel online and made my appt. I was pleased upon my initial interaction with Amy Davis, Patient Care Coordinator. She makes you feel very comfortable. I also was impressed and pleased after my consultation with Dr. Patel. I appreciated his honest opinion and making me understand what results were possible for my age and skin type. I showed him celebrity pictures of what I hoped to have as a final result and we understood each other's ideas. It is now surgery day and the staff at the Hoffman medical center was amazing and actually cared about me that day. Surgery went well and my recovery took 10 days. I am very pleased with my results and would recommend Dr. Patel and his staff to anyone who asks me my procedure. He did an amazing job!
