Wow they look so good!! I bet your happy with them! At first I was a little scared at going too big but I think I might go with the 435.

I'm 5'4" and 124lbs. Healing very well, just have been very tired.

Lost a little more volume with each child, and had major sagging. Wanted to be able to wear strapless tops/dresses, go bra-less and find bras that fit. Didn't want to go through surgeries, so I opted to just go with a bigger implant. My doctor was amazing and the nurses were wonderful! I give the doc an a+

Looks good! I had a consult today with a surgeon, and surprised to lean that if I went big enough with the implant I could get away without a lift! My breast look very much like yours! I'd be interested to see how they turn out
Each day is better. They're still sitting a little high, but look and feel good. Very happy I decided just to go big without the lift.
