I was very nervous about my first visit for Botox and Juvederm. I had researched and procrastinated for nearly a year, and now that all is said and done I wish I would have gone to see Dr. Ho a year ago! I cannot say enough good things about his staff- I was very nervous and they really did make me so much more comfortable. I am not comfortable with needles at all, so I can say for sure that a less sympathetic staff would have scared me away within 5 minutes of my first visit. The procedure itself was scary (for me) but really not painful at all. I was most nervous about getting Juvederm, but the numbing cream applied prior to the procedure worked wonders and I barely felt a thing. I had 35 units of Botox in my forehead and 11s area, and although I did have some redness right after I did not have any bruising. The Juvederm results were immediate and I only had a very small bruise that was easily covered with makeup. Dr. Ho and Jerri were wonderful, and when it was time for my follow-up visit a few weeks later I was not nervous at all. I had a few more units of Botox and I am so happy with my results.
