Im 9 months into my journey and have lost 130 lbs so far. Dr. Almanza was amazing and this was the best decision I have ever made in my life. I would do this again in a heart beat. I wish I had the courage to have done this earlier. I feel like I have gotten my life back. It's a blessing in so many ways

i started at 376 and am now 246 and still losing. I'm quite active, I do yoga 4-5 times a week but I have spurts where I don't exercise as much too.
