Will keep doing Sculptra deep into cheeks but will never inject into forehead /temples. For some people Sculptra might work in temple area but my skin is way too thin in there for Sculptra. Will try to fill it with very thin hyaluronic acid. By the way, my latest injections were not done by Dr Kopovolic. I had it done back in my home country. I should have created new review for this.

If you know of a great cosmetic dermatologist specializing in lasers you can use a Ruby laser or what laser the dr suggests to collapse this vein. FYI me too, and it worked.

Thank you for the advice but luckily it is gone. The vein was not enlarged in a "traditional way". It was oddly stiffened. It looked like it was encapsulated with thick stiff connective tissue. I had it for about 3 months. I believe hard massage helped it to be gone. See updated pictures.

my first sculptra issues

12376
My last sculptra injection In may 2015 didn't go too well. I had hard bumps 2 months after injection but likely i was able to massage them away.I also have these weird very painful bumps popping out occasionally. They feel like deep closed zits but they do go away in few days. I know these bumps are related to sculptra because i never had them before. The biggest issue is that one of veins on my lateral forehead is enlarged. It stiffened and looks really gross! I am trying to massage it without much luck. Cosmetic concern is bothering me but what bothers me even more is other possible serious consequences of this hardening/stiffening. I don't know vascular anatomy of the face but based on my research this vein drains deoxygenated blood from brain. I am worried about possible back flow to the brain... Bottom line: I will probably keep injecting deep under checks (love the pluming) but NEVER into temples, forehead, under eyes.

Thanks so much for your post and the pictureI hope you are better from those bumps, that's the only thing that would prevent me from doing sculptra I really appreciate you sharing your experience thank you.

Just had Sculptra and 5 days of after effects are too stressful for me. I'm so mad at myself for failing to research the risks of this product. I think I'll be okay but why opt for a product with risks like this? It just isn't worth it for me when there are natural, reversible products like juvederm on the market. Ugh. Never again.
