Amazing results!
Absolutely beautiful! What was the cost? Many thanks!
Looks beautiful! Let me ask you though, do you feel that your nostrils are more flared after having it? This is what I've been hearing and seeing with people who have had lift lifts and that does give me pause. Would like your input. Thank you!
That was exactly what I was thinking.. The Inside of the nostrils seems a lot more visible after this procedure.. I was wondering if this was the same with every case? Would appreciate any info..
I didn’t have that experience; in fact my nostrils looked better after. The results really depend on the shape of your nostrils, your skin type & texture, the skill of the surgeon and how you heal. So everyone’s results differ..hard to say how it will turn out. What I really appreciated about Dr Pearson is his honesty; as he explained the process and addressed all my concerns with full transparency without trying to convince me. Every surgery comes with a risk, and this particular procedure will have a scar no matter what, the question is the method used, your aftercare, and how you’ll heal. For some people the scar is barely visible and can be covered with concealer, for some it has texture and is more visible…
I had a consultation with Dr Pearson about a lip lift and neck lift. He said in the procedures I was considering like the neck lift, you can get a predicable result. The scar is minimal and you can't notice it. But with the lip lift, it's unpredictable. The scar, the nostrils it can all turn out different than what you thought. He told me if I have any hesitation at all then to not do it. He said you have to be sure you want it. It's a long recovery and from what I've seen, lots of things can happen that can't be fixed. I think Dr P is one of the best for it if you do want to do it. But I am with you, the nostrils here in this picture changing so much made me think. And taking everything into consideration I'm not going to do it. If something happened in my healing and I had a pulling on my lip or anything I think id be super regretful. Sure I want to have nicer lips but considering what I have seen happen (like the poor girl on here who had too much taken off with Mascaro) I'd rather have my lips the way they are. Just make sure you are absolutely sure if you go through with it.
Really really pretty. Can he do anything about the little scar under your nose? It's small and I'm sure with makeup it's fine but I was just wondering

Mine now a year after surgery looks like a very fine light (whitish) line right under my nose (no texture nor raised), and most don’t notice it. I easily cover it with little concealer.
One year post surgery, you can also try permanent makeup camouflage, where an expert in scar camouflage will cover scar with a skin tone pigment (you may need to do 2-3 sessions), once your scar has healed etc.
Your lips are really beautiful! Dr. Pearson did a fantastic job and I have been considering contacting him for a consultation for a while now. Do you know your initial philtrum length and how many mm were removed? Did you have any tooth show prior to surgery and do you have more tooth show now? I am really hoping for a result like yours.

Highly Skilled, Detailed, Honest, Patient, and Caring Surgeon - Lip Lift

After some extensive research online I found that a very few plastic surgeons around the country actually specialize in Lip Lifts - Dr. Pearson is one of them. So I decided I would just go for a consultation to see if I even was a good candidate for this procedure. Before I start, let me just tell you that I’m a perfectionist, pay attention to every detail, do my research and am not easily convinced.
Dr. Pearson to my surprise, not only did not rush me (which is unheard of with doctors these days!) but instead patiently listened to my questions & concerns, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns (such as potential visible scarring, change in smile etc.) in the most professional, honest way and told me to think about it and let him know if I had any other questions. At no point did I feel that Dr. Pearson or his office staff tried to convince me to move forward with the procedure nor tried to interest me in any other services - they were all very professional and helpful.
I decided to proceed with a lip lift with Dr. Pearson, and can honestly tell you that I was under great care from pre-surgery all the way to now 6 weeks post surgery!
Dr. Pearson was very gentle and caring throughout the surgery (which was approx 1 hour) and made sure I was comfortable. He also checked in with me daily to make sure I was feeling ok, and if I had any questions. During the follow up appointments Dr. Pearson was as patient and caring. I highly recommend him!
It’s now been 6 weeks post surgery and I’m very happy with the results.
Here are some before and after pics (4 weeks post surgery).

I am so happy you found such an outstanding doctor.Wishing you all the best!
Hello!
Thank you for your kind words :)!
Dr. Pearson is indeed a master at his craft. I am very lucky to have found him and would recommend him to anyone considering a lip lift or any other facial plastic surgery procedures; because he is an experienced and honest surgeon and can give you an honest opinion with pros and possible cons of any procedure and then it’s up to you to decide what’s best for you without feeling any pressure :).
You look so good! Beautiful result. Was the incision under your nostrils? Can’t even see it. Did he touch the muscle at all or was it skin only?
Hi LAGirl!
Thank you for the kind words :)!
Because of the shape of my nostrils, it allowed part of the incision to be hidden closer to the inside of my nostrils which means part of it is not visible on the outside. Regarding touching the muscle I’m not 100% certain what exactly Dr. Pearson did in my case so I don’t want to give you misleading information (but ofcourse I asked him the same question :)). I believe some ‘tension’ was released from the muscle to avoid putting too much pressure on the skin, however I don’t believe the muscle was cut/touched the same way some other surgeons may do which typically has a longer healing process, more swelling, and could potentially affect your natural smile/lip movement in some cases. If you are considering a lip lift, I highly suggest you see Dr. Pearson for a consultation at least and he can provide you with more accurate details :).
Before I decided to go for a consultation, I researched this online and tried to find videos (not just still pictures) of people who’ve had lip lifts to see if their lip movement seems awkward/different, after couple of months post procedure (since naturally the first 1-2 months you will have some ‘pulling’ and swelling so it’s hard to judge) :)
I hope this was helpful. Good luck!
its perfect. Please do update us especially on scar progress
Thank you Silvershade :). Will do
