I had breathing problems since I was a child due to my deviated septum. I constantly had the habit of pushing upward on the bridge of my nose in order to get more oxygen, this was cumbersome and it made it a hassle on runs . I ran across Dr. Julie Edween, DO website and decided to give her a try. Her office staff is reliable and had quick feedback to my pre-op and post-op questions. It's been a few weeks post-op, and Dr. Edween has made impressive results and follow ups. I am pleased that she genuinely cares for my post op questions and takes pride in her work. I am very impressed and happy with the results. The septoplasty was worth having. Even though I went in with the intention on just doing the septoplasty I ended up having rhinoplasty as well. I am very happy I made this decision. I previously spent an entire year going to other doctors and none of them gained my confidence. None of them spent the time to answer all my questions or reassure me that they truly cared about my personal satisfaction with the entire process. After scanning through many, many websites and calling multiple locations, I found Dr. Edween's website. She was impressionably sympathetic and clear on how to address my concerns. Dr. Edween was methodical and conscientious. I love that she has a thing for art, because she understands the relation of art and science all together. I never had that impression with the other doctors I visited and I wasted hours driving to and from. I strongly recommend Dr. Edween for anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I am extremely pleased with the results and the treatment I received throughout the entire process, Dr. Edween and her staff are ethical and very down to earth, people who you can connect with. The treatment I received at her office was unlike any other doctor's office, I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. The other doctors were very indifferent and impersonal. Overall, my experience with Dr. Edween and her staff was better than I had hoped for, they have tremendous heart for what they do and I would defiantly recommend Dr. Edween to anyone thinking about cosmetic surgery and wants great results. Dr. Edween performed Liposuction of my sides and abs at the same time she did the Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty almost a month ago (Aug 11th). most of the swelling is going away and Its coming out great.
