425 cc moderate profile subpectoral transaxillary

I have morning boob, which is apparently a thing. The burning sensation has gone away in the left pit and for the most part they are quite comfortable. I haven't taken anything besides at night (basically because I can't sleep on my back). They seem to be dropping some. My nipples seem hypersensitive and huge. Hopefully they get a little smalller. They often have a sensation as they did when I was nursing and my breasts needed to be expressed. They also seem to be coming together a lot. I massage them constantly lol. It actually seems to make them more comfortable. I can feel the implant edges on the bottom and sides, but im quite pleased so far. My armpit scars still seem too low. I just hope they go away by summer. I've been using mederma religiously.

So Yesterday was my postop. Basically I feel like it was a waste of time. I should have made a list of questions. They showed me the massage and said see you in a few months. Starting to be concerned that they are bigger than I wanted, though I expressed my desire for side several times. Let's just hope I don't end up a DD. I also feel like my incision is really low- side boob. How the heck will I cover that up in a swimsuit.
