Hi,
I want to warn people not to have hifu for skin tightening cause it's not worth it. I had a minor sagging before i did hifu but my doctor didn't mention about the fat loss that can happen after hifu, it was my first treatment ever in my life. And now i feel my skin is more saggy. I had prominent marrionette lines and for that i tried the filler but still they are there and i cant even hide them with makeup. Im thinking to get a stemcell facelift(fat transfer) and im expecting it will help me coz everytime i see myself in the mirror i feel more concerned about my face.

Yes, and i did it only once. My shitty doctor was just looking for money. She didnt mention me that hifu can also dissolve the fat in your face. I was having chubby cheeks and now they look so saggy. Good thing that people cannot notice it yet but i have to fix them as soon as possible.
Hifu should be used only on neck and other body parts. For the face its not suitable at all atleast for me it's a disaster.
Yes I hope more people hear about this and avoid accelerated ageing.
As someone that experienced a deviating nerve injury in the brachial plexus (nerves in neck) I respectfully disagree with HIFU being used on the neck. To my knowledge the clinical studies used for FDA clearance do NOT include the neck, just the sub-mental area of the neck (Area under the chin). I could be wrong BUT the skin on the neck is thin and there are “life sustaining” vessels in the neck. Just my opinion & Food for thought! I respect your opinion, mine just differs.
Ohhhh nooooo, when you know something isn't right you can't help but notice it everytime you pass a mirror. I do hope you find something to fill in those marionette lines. I spose you've looked into everything ? Then there's the question of budget.....sigh !!
Yeah i tried the fillers like juvederm and restylane but no results..im looking for different treatments.. will update you guys if i find something worth sharing.
Fillers are ok for me, affordable as we dont have to do it every month but i did it twice without seeing any difference. I cant tell you how i feel:(
I have to have full fac8al rejuvination and possibly a lower lift. It's been a horrific experience.
Did you find a doctor who could see what the hifu has done? I think I my end up needing a lower lift too :(

I’m so sorry this has happened to you. I have had a similar, although not as severe reaction to Focus Dual. Which is HIFU with radiofrequency microneedling. I intend to inform the FDA and all other governing bodies but they must surely know about this already? HIFU is used to obliterate cancer cells. It’s strong stuff. I can’t be mine this was ever considered safe for the face. Like the rest of you my life has been forever altered and I don’t know where to turn for advice. Or how to take action. My teeth also hurt since having it done.
