Really Painfull Procedure and Recovery

I have done HIFU in my face and chin 20 days ago. The infos everywhere are that is quite safe and painless so I was quite confident that it was going to be ok, but the maxilar part was REALLY painful, I wasn't prepared at all, but I decided to do all the session untill the end. The first week my cheeks and mandibule kept sore, I couldn't side sleep or even touch it. The second week only the right side remained painfull, but it is a increasing pain and this third week I have a deep pain that looks like a tooth pain and the mandibule has a small nodule, really painfull. I am taking pain killers and waiting to see if that pain gets better after the whole month. I loved the result, but I'm not sure if it was a nerve problem or a bad esthetitian, I dont recommend it at all. Maybe in a while the pain decrease and I change my mind, lets see.
