Dr. Swank is BY FAR the best surgeon I have been...
Dr. Swank is BY FAR the best surgeon I have been on a consultation with/spoken with. I talked to two of his current patients in the lobby, one that also drives all the way from Charlotte to his office in Hickory (I drove an hour there for the consultation, and don't regret a single minute). She couldn't stop raving about how great he was, and she showed me her after pictures and her breasts were perfect. He also did fillers on her lips... I'll definitely be going back to him when I finally decide on that, they looked great too. The book at the office with the before and afters is definitely worth dropping by and taking a look at, there's a lot more variation in it than on the website. My mom had her BA done about 11 years ago and wants to get a revision done before her wedding next year and has pretty much decided on him from what I've told her (and from looking at his before/after pictures).
However, at no fault of his, I'm looking for a surgeon that will take me from a 32A to a full DD -- Dr. Swank is upfront and honest with you about realistic expectations, and the possible complications of the surgery. He's an absolute perfectionist (in a good way), and every client is a representation of his work -- his results are very natural (which isn't exactly the look I'm going for at 5'3," 105 lbs, lol), and the max he could safely take me with my BWD is a full C. He explained everything in detail, drew diagrams, and showed me the digital imaging software that simulates what you'll look like with certain sizes. After several consultations with different surgeons here in the Carolinas, I'm going to have to fly out of state to Dr. Revis or another surgeon that specializes specifically in XL sizes -- but I don't think any surgeon will hold a candle to Dr. Swank's bedside manner. And his office staff is fantastic, organized, and incredibly personal. He also has a special going on right now too for BA's that's an absolute steal for the quality of work.
I will be flying down to FL in a couple of months for consultations with Dr. Revis and a couple of doctors there and then we'll see where my journey goes (fingers crossed!). I absolutely love Dr. Swank and will be going to him for anything else on my wishlist, and unless you're like me and have super booby greed (and a tiny, tiny chest), I'd recommend him all day, any day. :-)
