47 Year Old over Weight Mom of 3 and Soon to a Grandmother with a Much Needed Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift, Reduction and Implants

Motivation
I went online and looked at some before and after photos of women who looked just like me. I was very surprised with the results and I saw women who looked much worse than me and the after photos left me speechless. I loved what I saw. I thought to myself "If I can look half as good I would be so happy".
I got motivated and decided to go for it.
I was very unhappy before the surgery. I looked at myself in the mirror and I did not like what I saw. I did not like my breasts because without a bra my nipples would be facing the ground and my breasts were long and saggy. I also had one much bigger than the other.

I wanted to fill that empty space that is level to my arm pits. I wanted to be able to remove my bra and have my nipples stand straighter.

I also had a lot of extra skin below my belly button. I really hated that. I could not wear a tight blouse or tight pants because I had a double stomach. I wanted to be able to look better with and without clothes on. I was not looking for a barbie shape. I am a big bone plus size woman. I just wanted to look and feel better about myself.
Pros and cons
I was very concerned about the scars. I thought they were going to be big and visible. I saw photos of people that had the same procedure done by other doctors and they did not look nice. They had big scars.
The outcome...
To my surprise, my scars started to disappear the after the second week, when the tapes came off.
I look great. I feel wonderful. I went on vacation last week and I put on a two piece bathing suit at the resort pool and for the first time in many years, I was turning heads, not only men but also ladies were looking at me of course they were not happy to see me because their man were the ones looking at me. I felt so happy and secure that I am very much motivated to get in a program to start eating better and loosing weight. When you feel good about the way you look we do more to look even better. With my breasts looking like this and without the extra belly skin, I'm very happy now.
I never had any pain except for the two little openings were the draining tubes were in. I took Tylenol and the pain was gone. No need for prescription for me.
